DSK-002 / WHY

Why own the stack instead of renting it.

In the AI era, the companies that own the infrastructure own the margin. A company that leases compute from a hyperscaler and licenses a model from a frontier lab does not control two of its largest cost lines or its own roadmap. When the layer underneath raises prices or changes terms, the company built on top of it has no recourse. It is a tenant in its own business.

Duskbridge is assembled to increase control over the layers its operating companies use: infrastructure, software, and distribution channels. The ownership and operating status of each layer varies by company and deployment and is stated on the relevant operating-company surface. Companies that run vertically integrated models, including specialist infrastructure providers and the vertically integrated AI platforms, trade at a premium to companies that rent the same layers. That premium exists because owning the stack removes the single biggest risk in the AI business: dependency on someone else's pricing and someone else's roadmap.

DSK-002.1 / THE DOCTRINE

Three rules govern every decision.

1

Own what you can defend.

Infrastructure and software that create a durable position get built or bought. Everything else gets rented or skipped.

2

Governance is architecture, not paperwork.

Duskbridge directs portfolio teams to design for reviewable audit records, scoped access controls, and human approval at consequential gates. The exact controls and evidence are release- and deployment-specific and must be verified before regulated or federal use.

3

Two doors, always open.

A federal channel and an enterprise channel, run by two different operating companies under one parent, reach markets a single-lane company can only pick one of.

Not a plan. An inventory.

Viceroy NM operates as a federal technology and logistics partner, and Trunnion AI develops enterprise AI software. Duskbridge may expand through investment, building, and acquisitions into infrastructure and managed services that complement its operating companies. Details on that expansion are announced as they close, not before.

This page describes Duskbridge's strategy and may include forward-looking statements about possible investments, acquisitions, capabilities, or market development. Outcomes, timing, and transactions are uncertain and may change; see Terms section 6.
